Praying Psalm 119

Dear God, 

Thank you for enabling me, through the power and strength of your Spirit,
to be delighted by Your decrees, 
to learn Your decrees,
to meditate on Your decrees,
to follow Your decrees, 
to sing songs about Your decrees,
to know the benefit of my affliction which has enabled me to learn Your decrees, 
to be blameless toward Your decrees so I will not be put to shame, 
to set my heart on keeping Your decrees to the very end, 
and to always have regard for Your decrees.
Thank you for enabling me through the power and strength of your Spirit 
to hide Your word in my heart, 
to be strengthened according to Your word, 
to trust in Your word,
to obey Your word,
to confess that Your word is eternal and stands firm in the heavens
to acknowledge how precious the words of Your mouth are, they are more precious than silver and gold, 
to put my hope in Your word.
Thank you for enabling me, through the power and strength of your Spirit, 
for directing my footsteps according to Your word,
for preventing the word of truth from being snatched out of my mouth and for allowing the word of truth to remain in my mouth and on the tip of my tongue,
and for helping me not to neglect Your word.
Thank you for enabling me, through the power and strength of your Spirit,
to recount the laws which You have spoken,
to set my heart on Your laws, 
to keep Your law,
to obey Your law with all my heart, 
to put my hope in Your laws, 
to remember Your ancient laws, 
to rise at midnight to give You thanks for Your righteous laws,
to delight in Your law,
to learn Your law,
to love Your law,
to stand in awe of Your law, 
to be so upset that Your law is not being obeyed that I cry, 
to love your law enough to meditate on it all day long.
Thank you for enabling me through the power and strength of your Spirit 
not to turn from Your law, 
and not to forget Your law.  
Thank you for enabling me, through the power and strength of your Spirit,
to rejoice in following Your statutes,
to hold fast to Your statutes,
to speak of Your statutes to kings,
to consider my ways and turn my steps toward Your statutes,
to obey the wonderful statutes You have spoken about,
to see Your statutes as my heritage forever, 
and to be joyful over Your statutes. 
Thank you for enabling me, through the power and strength of your Spirit,
to meditate on Your precepts, 
to understand the teaching of Your precepts,
to long for Your precepts,
to keep Your precepts with all my heart,
and to seek out Your precepts,
to befriend all those who fear You and follow Your precepts,
to consider all that Your precepts are right,
to be free from the oppression of men so I can obey Your precepts,
to love Your precepts which have been thoroughly tested.
Thank you for enabling me, through the power and strength of your Spirit, 
not to forsake Your precepts,
not to stray from Your precepts,
and not to forget Your precepts.
